Town Centre & Village Developments

Planning application for a special gateway development to this historic market town, of mixed use that includes an Arts Centre, riverside walkway, retail, commercial and residential. We are currently progressing the design of the public squares, street scene and private courts, design code, and route hierarchy to integrate the development with the town within sustainable objectives.

Commissioned by West Sussex County Council, to develop a landscape scheme that would integrate the engineering elements of the cutting edge system with the original treescape set down for Crawley Newtown.

We provided concept- production drawings with a complex specification to match government standards and promoting safety, and oversaw the contract to implement the planting scheme.

Our engineering client team required an aesthetic eye to upgrade proposals for an industrial estate. Our landscape visual assessment and environmental enhancement guidance was set in a combined report to upgrade the road, and rethink the traffic management with landscape opportunities.

JEA provided the full landscape proposals to Passiv Haus standards, a high code for sustainable design. Our services also included street design and the selection of external hard works materials.
